Order Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility and delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, holiday seasons, high order volumes, or unexpected courier delays.


Shipping Fees

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges at checkout.


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:

For damaged packages

  • Take clear photos of the damaged package and the product.

For lost packages

  • Check the tracking information and wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

After that, please contact our support team with your order information.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date
Product Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
