If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the steps for returning your items and receiving a refund.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition and unused.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging (if possible).

Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@noahdesignprint.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Please return the item via mail to the return address we provide.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, we gladly accept exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@noahdesignprint.com to request an exchange.
  2. Follow the same process as a return, and we will guide you through the exchange procedure.
  3. You will need to return the original product before receiving the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and it usually takes 5 business days from the return date for the refund to be completed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees

At Noah Design Print, we do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges, ensuring that our return process is as hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, and this applies to exchanges and returns as well. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item reaches us securely.
